About the event
The course is divided into three days over three weeks (3x Tuesdays from 5:00 PM or 3x Saturdays from 10:00 AM). During it, you will learn everything you need to master working in a darkroom with black and white photos. The first day is dedicated to the theory of photography, developing equipment, basic orientation in the types of developers and chemistry, and developing your own film. The second day you will learn to know the darkroom equipment, make contact copies of your film and the first enlargements from it on RC paper. In the last round, you will learn to enlarge a real photograph on classic baryte paper, including advanced work with contrast and more. You will take home developed films, contacts, and enlargements on RC and baryte papers from the course.
